1 A Few Questions We Get Pretty Regularly
1.1 Do your used cameras and lenses have a guarantee?
Yes! We guarantee all used items for 30 days. This gives you the opportunity to test and use the item, any issues just let us know and we will replace or refund your purchase!
1.2 What if I need an item that is not currently in stock?
Easy! Just let us know via text @ (385)229-4077. We will let you know the next time one comes in. We may even be able to source it sooner or who knows maybe we just got one in and it's not here on the website yet. Either way we will stay in touch and get you taken care of!
2 Equipment Rental
2.1 Is insurance required when renting equipment?
It is not! However if your production requires it, we’re happy to give you an estimated cost of the items you’re renting.
2.2 Can I return rental equipment by mail?
Yes, you may return the equipment through mail as long as it’s safely packed and insured.
2.3 How do I modify or cancel my rental reservation?

2.4 Can I ask for recommendations on what equipment is best for my needs?
Sure! Give us a call and we’re happy to suggest equipment based on your needs! If the store is busy, we might ask to give you a call back.
2.5 What should I do if I accidentally return equipment with missing parts?

2.6 Doesn't Acme Camera Rent Cameras, Lenses, Lighting etc?

3 Film Processing
3.1 What is the developer and scanner used for processing?
The developer is a Nuritsu v30 and the scanner is a Frontier SP3000.
3.2 What is the difference between developing and scanning?
Developing consists of processing your film with chemicals that turn your exposed film into visible negatives. Once your negatives have been developed, they are scanned and color corrected and then sent to your email through a file sharing link.
3.3 Can I mail you my film?
Yes, mail it to us with your contact info at 1388 s 300 w STE 500, SLC, UT, 84115
Once we receive your film we'll reach out to collect payment.
3.4 What happens to my negatives?
You can choose to keep them or have us throw them out. When filling out a drop-off form, you will be given the option.
3.5 Do you offer prints?
No, we currently do not offer printing services.
